Arianna Huffington, co-founder of Huffington Post and CEO of Thrive Global, starts each day by weaving meditation into her morning routine. She shared with High Existence in 2020, "When I wake up, I take a moment to breathe deeply, express gratitude, and set my purpose for the day. Then, I spend about 20 to 30 minutes meditating and follow it with 30 minutes on my stationary bike, when I'm at home. I also engage in yoga most mornings." Huffington's consistent self-care routine includes daily meditation, acting as a shield against burnout. Reflecting on her own journey, she revealed to High Existence, "Looking back, I wish I hadn't fallen into the misconception that burnout is an unavoidable cost for achievement and success." She emphasized the potency of dedicating just five minutes to meditation each day. Balancing self-care with high performance is crucial; renewal is a pivotal part of the process, Huffington advised.

Sir Paul McCartney, the former member of The Beatles, embarked on his journey with Transcendental Meditation more than 50 years ago. This path began after he attended a lecture by the founder of TM, Maharishi Yogi. "I found it intriguing. It had a calming effect, and it seemed like something worth giving a try," McCartney shared in an interview on the TM Blog. During the tumultuous '60s, McCartney sought stability and found it through Transcendental Meditation. Since then, he has remained committed to the practice. Even amidst his busy schedule, he values taking moments of stillness. "Whenever I find a chance, I incorporate it into my day. Even in the midst of chaos, if I'm not rushing out with a flurry of tasks, I'll engage in it," McCartney explained in an interview featured on TMHome.com. He added, "In times of chaos, meditation has guided me toward moments of calm. I hope it can serve as a peaceful haven for young people in a world that's anything but quiet."
