Discover the secret to a more youthful you with just five simple steps! In our article, 'Turn Back the Clock,' we'll unveil the key moves that can make you look 15 years younger.
1: Fasting
Inside our bodies, there are special genes that help keep us healthy and young. These genes switch on when we have low levels of certain things like insulin and and other molecule called insulin like growth factor, those low levels turn on the longevity genes. One of the most important of these genes is called SIRT1. It's like a guardian that protects us from getting old and sick. By having high levels of insulin all day, being fed, means your longevity genes are not switched on. Your clock is ticking faster by always being fed. The other thing that might be happening by always having food around it that it's not allowing the cell to have periods of rest and re-establish the epigenome (genetic instructions). Low level of glucose in your body triggers your main muscles in your brain to become more sensitive to insulin and suck the glucose out of your bloodstream.
3 meals plus snacks make us aging really fast
Professor Satchin Panda is a top expert in circadian rhythm research. In his book, "Circadian Code," he explains that As soon as we eat something, our pancreas releases insulin, which does two important jobs for metabolism: it helps absorb sugar from our blood into our liver, muscle, fat, and other tissues, and it signals these organs to convert some of the sugar to body fat. This process continues for up to 2 to 3 hours after every time we eat. So, as we keep on snacking, our body remains in fat making mode. In the first half of the day, the pancreas produces more insulin, and at night it slows down. The body remains in fat making mode for a longer time after a late night meal. Only after 6 to 7 hours of not eating does our body begins to start burning some fat. This is critically important aspect of TRE to stop feeding the engine that is your body and let it run on the fuel it already has. This is the only way to prevent or reverse weight gain and, ultimately, obesity.

Eat in a certain window like 6 hours and 18 hours fast or 16: 8 with 8 hours eat and 16 hours fasting.
2: Plants
Go Plant-based - Aim for a diet that's "abundant in plants." Make sure that vegetables, nuts, seeds, and fruits constitute approximately 70 to 80 percent of your plate.
Include Healthy Fats
Some healthy fats like those in butter, coconut oil, and olive oil, as well as in nuts, seeds, fatty fish, and grass-fed animal products, can be really good for your heart. They can lower the chances of heart problems, make your cholesterol better, manage your blood sugar, and reduce inflammation.
Limit Processed Foods
When you're out shopping, simply consider: is this a product of nature, or is it a creation of humans? Did God create a twinkie? No. Did God create an avocado? Yes.
Apply this question to every item you're considering adding to your shopping cart and making most of your purchases whole foods.

3: Beauty Sleep
Not getting enough sleep can speed up the aging process, causing problems like inflammation, damage to your body's powerhouses (mitochondria), and messing up your hormones and how your body uses nutrients. Try to aim for seven or eight hours of sleep every night. When I tested it, I found that when I get a full eight hours of good sleep, I feel much more awake and focused. Sleep also plays a crucial role in brain detoxification through a recently uncovered phenomenon known as the brain's lymphatic system. This system functions primarily during sleep to eliminate the brain's metabolic waste. Sleep enhances this process by up to 60%. Thus, regardless of your positive daytime habits, ensuring a restful night's sleep remains the most effective way to clear your brain of waste products.
In his book "The Circadian Code", Dr. Satchin Panda discussed that, Eating late at night is not only back for metabolism , it also affect sleep. This habit interferes with both falling asleep and maintaining deep sleep. In order to fall asleep, your core body temperature must cool down by almost 1°F. But when we eat, our core body temperature actually goes up as blood pressure to the gut (the core) to help digest and absorb nutrients. So, eating late at night prevents us from getting into a deep sleep.
Bright Light at night has a bad domino effect on both the brain and body.

4: Exercise
Exercise is a strong weapon against aging, and if you're looking for the best way to stay youthful, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) is your top choice. HIIT consists of short bursts of intense exercise followed by brief rests.
In a 2019 study that compared HIIT, weightlifting, and cardio, researchers found that HIIT had the most significant impact on reversing markers of aging, making it the most effective option.
5: Supplements
One supplement that can help turn back the clock is Resveratrol. I take 1000 mg daily and consume it with a fatty substance like yogurt and olive oil. Place a Resveratrol capsule on top, and mix it thoroughly to aid in its dissolution.
Choosing right brand of Resveratrol- if it's not light gray or white in color, throw it away. Brown stuff is contaminated
The other supplement is NMN that Boost NAD Levels Quickly: In just two weeks, you can double your NAD levels in your blood using NMN.
Dosage Recommendation: Consume one gram of NMN daily, alongside one gram of Resveratrol. Ensure that the products you choose are labeled with "GMP," signifying Good Manufacturing Practice compliance.
Note: It's important to consult your doctor or physician every time you begin something new, start taking a supplement, or embark on a fasting regimen.
Quality Matters: Opt for white crystalline NMN, known for its distinctive taste resembling burnt popcorn.
Bonus Point - Stem Cell Therapy (Optional)

Stem cells are like the superheroes of staying young. They're special cells that can become whatever your body needs. So, when you get a shot of these stem cells, they can replace the old or broken cells in your body with fresh ones, making you biologically younger.
These amazing stem cells also help your existing cells stay in top shape by boosting their anti-aging abilities. But here's the thing – you can't do this on your own. You'll need a doctor's help for stem cell treatments. They're a bit more complex than other anti-aging options, but they're super effective at keeping you youthful.
Stem cell therapy offers the potential to effectively rejuvenate our bodies. Stem cells possess the remarkable ability to transform into any required cell type, continuously replicating as needed. They can mend injured tissues and bolster our immune defenses. As we grow older, our reservoir of stem cells dwindles. However, through stem cell injections, these cells can replace aging, impaired cells and subsequently lower our biological age.
In his book, "Life Force," Tony Robbins elaborates on how a three-day stem cell treatment using umbilical cord-derived cells, which he considers a close second to placental stem cells, successfully relieved him of back pain that had afflicted him for a long 14 years.
